Sales Agent

What is expected of you?

• Keep up to date on the latest pricing and services offered
• Sell all available fares and credit top-ups from various sales outlets
• Handle cash, top-ups, and closeout sales according to the current reconciliation at the end of each working shift. Policy on Sales
• Maintain self-organization of stocks and any other materials needed to carry out activities efficiently
• Providing answers to customers' questions and working to improve customer happiness through exceptional customer service
• Effectively explain our policies to customers, and ensure that this information is current and correct considering corporate adjustments and updates
• Project a Safe and welcoming attitude towards customers

What are you expected to bring?

• Be proficient verbally and written in both, English and Maltese
• Having an “O level” of qualification
• Familiarity with Microsoft office
• Experience in sales or a similar position in the service industry will be considered an asset
• Confident and charismatic approach to customers
• Flexibility towards working weekends
