What's expected of you?
Effectively respond to email and call enquiries
Prepare and present statistical reports
Generate sales memos and sales trade proposals
Maintain and update the company's internal product catalogue
Process suppliers' purchase orders and create invoices
Record stock on the computer system
Provide administrative support to sales team
What are you expected to bring?
O level standard of education
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proficient with numerical data
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Proven Microsoft skills, especially within Excel
Capable of working in a fast paced environment whilst meeting deadlines
Ability to work both in a team and independently
