Sales Administrator

What's expected of you?


  • Effectively respond to email and call enquiries

  • Prepare and present statistical reports

  • Generate sales memos and sales trade proposals

  • Maintain and update the company's internal product catalogue

  • Process suppliers' purchase orders and create invoices 

  • Record stock on the computer system 

  • Provide administrative support to sales team


What are you expected to bring?


  • O level standard of education

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Proficient with numerical data

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities

  • Proven Microsoft skills, especially within Excel

  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment whilst meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
