Risk Senior Executive - iGaming

If so, we are currently seeking to recruit a Risk Senior Executive who is ready for a new challenge. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the risk team.

What is expected of you?

• Oversee the day-to-day tasks and recruitment of the Risk Management team
• Review reports and analyses prepared by the risk team, offering valuable input and feedback to enhance their quality
• Develop a strong risk management framework, including the formulation of risk management policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop comprehensive risk response plans to mitigate potential threats effectively
• Monitor and report on the organization's risk performance
• Research and analyze various risk factors affecting the gaming industry and the jurisdiction in which the organization operate
• Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on effective risk mitigation techniques
• Collaborate with internal functions responsible for risk management, as well as external stakeholders
• Assist from a risk perspective in the training of staff in different facets and roles
• Provide regular activity updates as directed by superiors
• Represent the organization in various conferences as required
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duty that might be assigned by the Chief Risk Officer

What are you expected to bring?

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• At least three years of working experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Sound knowledge of risk management and related processes
• Ability to establish and implement an effective risk communication plan, recording and reporting process
• Be highly analytical, flexible, organized, and attentive to details
• Strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate and guide the team
• Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a group
