What's expected of you?

  • Develop and maintain consistent pricing and yield strategies across all channels and market segments, utilizing systems like Opera, Synxis, and IDeaS while adhering to core standards
  • Analyze business trends, competitor benchmarks, booking patterns, and market demand to set dynamic pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies
  • Oversee the annual room revenue budget process, prepare accurate forecasts, and monitor KPI, market share, and RevPAR reports to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure accurate hotel positioning, rate parity, and competitive comparisons across all distribution channels 
  • Collaborate with Groups and Events teams to define policies, optimize space, set catering minimums, and continuously improve group-related processes
  • Communicate revenue strategies and targets with Sales, Marketing, and other teams, providing actionable insights through detailed analysis of business performance and market trend
  • Conduct revenue meetings, including preparing agendas, supporting documents, and tracking outcomes to align with strategic goals
  • Audit Reservations Department operations to ensure compliance with standards, and coach teams on selling strategies and revenue goals
  • Implement training programs for the Reservations team, ensuring consistent skill development, onboarding, and motivation through regular appraisals
  • Maintain thorough documentation, complete all operational checklists, and ensure timely follow-ups on all activities for consistent performance tracking

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • 3–5 years in Revenue Management, with prior exposure to Reservations, Front Office, or related areas
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Hospitality Management is advantageous
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of innovative problem-solving 
  • Effective communicator with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in hotel software systems such as Opera, Synxis, and IDeaS, with advanced Excel skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong account management skills and a structured approach to tasks
