Reservations Agent

Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a customer service environment? If so, we are looking to recruit a Reservations Agent for a leading hospitality company in Malta. If you are open to new challenges, Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

• Attend daily briefings
• Manage reservations by email, telephone, or any other source
• Assist and advise customers with their queries
• Provide assistance to the Sales Team in greeting, meeting and hosting existing or new customers
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with booking or reservations
• Monitor reservations payments and deposits

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
