Recruitment Resourcer

Would you like to help people fulfil their potential? We aim to find the right fit for both candidates and clients alike and are looking for an ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Resourcer. You will be the first line support to all candidates, contribute to the development of a recruitment resourcing plan and add value in our search for talent.

 

What is expected of you?

  • Identify and engage with suitable candidates in order to gain interest and commitment to fulfil the job brief required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and develop wide networks of contacts in order to supply the best talent for our clients
  • Be the first point of contact with candidates and give them the required support
  • Pre-screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Handle administrative tasks including booking interviews, writing and posting job descriptions and job adverts, social media posts and job shares, etc
  • Any other ad hoc projects given to you by your superior or directors

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Relationship building skills and outstanding searching techniques to find the very best candidates in the market
  • An enthusiastic, innovative and proactive approach to secure the best talent
  • Previous experience working within a recruitment agency will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) as well as organisational skills
  • Be tech savvy
