What's expected of you?

Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with department heads to meet staffing needs
Lead and motivate the recruitment team while enhancing workflows for efficiency
Maintain dashboards to track hiring progress and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates
Source talent through various channels and manage effective job postings
Manage screening, interviews, assessments, and follow-ups, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Negotiate job offers and oversee employee onboarding, including training and probation monitoring
Provide recruitment updates to department heads and ensure alignment with client needs
Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring standards
Stay updated on industry trends and support other HR functions as needed

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Malta
Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with an established network
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
In-depth understanding of workforce planning and effective recruitment strategies
Fluent in English; Maltese would be a plus
Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Familiarity with labour laws and regulations is an advantage
