Recruitment Executive

What is expected of you?

• Be involved in the full recruiting process
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. by using databases, social media etc
• Implement recruiting initiatives
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications and conduct interviews
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Responsible for the onboarding of new employees
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
• Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the HR Manager
• Analysis of data recruitment process
• Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process

What is expected of you?

• Previous experience in candidate attraction, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified and suitable applicants
• Experience in recruiting in groups will be ideal i.e., assessments
• Experience in using all Microsoft Suite tools
• Good command of written and verbal English and Maltese is essential
