What’s expected of you?
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify both current and future hiring needs
Evaluate and select appropriate job advertising techniques, such as utilizing social networks and careers pages
Identify job requirements, define candidate qualification criteria, and develop sourcing strategies
Review job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect role requirements and incorporate inclusive language
Supervise the onboarding process for new employees
Prepare and deliver reports on recruitment budget annually, quarterly, and monthly
Create succession plans
Develop and monitor retention and turnover rates across the agency
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to network with potential candidates
What are you expected to bring?
A minimum of bachelor's degree (MQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making
