Receptionist/Office Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our client's reputable  team and support front-of-house operations. What's expected of you?

  • Politely answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring smooth communication
  • Greet and assist visitors, responding to any inquiries with professionalism
  • Serve as the liaison between the office and service providers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Keep the reception area and shared spaces tidy and organised at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and visitor inquiries
  • Receive deliveries, sort mail, and distribute incoming correspondence as needed
  • Manage office supplies, restocking inventory when necessary
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and document preparation
  • Run errands, including tasks related to court or government authorities, when needed
  • Arrange maintenance and ensure the office is maintained to a high standard

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for both in-person and phone interactions
  • Skilled in prioritising tasks according to urgency
  • Strong organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications and office software
