Front of House
Do you enjoy meeting Customers every day? Are you looking for a career in Hospitality? We are looking for outgoing individuals with a charismatic attitude to join the Front of House team within a luxury hotel. You will be the first point of contact for all clients within the hotel and therefore must represent the brand at all times.
What is expected of you?
You will be required to welcome guests, allocate rooms, take payments, find opportunities to upgrade and upsell better packages to guests whilst promoting the services and benefits on offer.
You will be expected to co-ordinate with various other departments and ensure accurate communication with maintenance, reservations, F+B and Spa teams as needs may require.
What are you expected to bring?
You will be expected to be fluent in English and at least one more language, have prior experience in customer facing environment and have completed a certification in hospitality or Reception duties.
