Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced reception area, dealing with visitors in a welcoming and professional manner?  We are looking for a receptionist administrator to join our prestigious client, if this sounds like you, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!


What is expected of you?

  • Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Offering refreshments to clients.
  • Answering telephone calls and directing the caller to the appropriate person. Taking notes of calls and relay message to recipient.
  • Monitoring office supplies including stationery, kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies.
  • Organising couriers both local and foreign.
  • Booking of boardrooms, updating of calendars, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Obtaining any necessary signatures for documents across the organisation.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties when required
  • Keeping a safe and clean reception area, coordination with facilities on matters of maintenance


What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and effective e-mail writing.
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Computer literate
  • Well organised.
  • Ability to follow direction and work within a team.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Previous experience in similar post.
