HSE Executive

Are you experienced in HSE and looking for a new challenge, then this position could be for you?  Our client is looking for an experienced HSE Executive to serve as the internal governing body, managing systems to prevent personal risk, pollution and ensure compliance.  If this sounds like you then we at Ceek want to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

• Leads the establishment of a Safety, Healthy and Environmental
• Management of full H&S systems that ensures rick of accidents and environmental incidents
• Ensure compliance with local laws and other requirements
• Conduct workplace risk assessments on all areas of the workplace
• Identify and implement action plans
• Establish an emergency preparedness and response plan
• Identify training needs of all employees and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain an HSE culture throughout the site.
• Maintain and review Company’s strategy for the management of Health, Safety and Environment

What are you expected to bring?

• Diploma in safety/industrial hygiene/ ergonomics
• Registration with OHSA
• Experience within Manufacturing, safety programmes and construction safety would be an advantage
• In depth knowledge of Local and EU laws and standards
• Knowledge of HSE typical policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Maltese Speaker
• Natural Problem solver
• Ability to communicate at all levels
