What is expected of you?

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of mechanical and electrical engineers
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and up to our clients' satisfaction
• Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
• Establish quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Deliver regular progress reports and maintain project documentation

What are you expected to bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering services
• Strong project management knowledge and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
