Project Manager

You will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the collaboration by all stakeholders! Do you have what it takes?

What is expected of you?

• Serve as the central point of contact between our in-house marketing team and luxury brand partners, ensuring efficient communication, alignment, and collaboration throughout all stages of project development
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to effectively manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Ensure all projects are executed within established deadlines and meet the highest quality standards
• Apply your in-depth understanding of agile methodologies to enhance project management processes within the marketing team
• Foster strong relationships with luxury brand partners, understanding their unique needs, objectives, and brand identity
• Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project delivery
• Establish KPIs and track project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders

What are you expected to bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a marketing or advertising environment
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and their application in marketing project management
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
