What’s expected of you?

Serve as a technical guide and reference for Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Tradesmen on-site
Execute projects according to approved drawings and schematics
Ensure all team members have the necessary tools and materials to complete tasks efficiently and with quality
Maintain discipline on-site, ensuring productivity and compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Plan and manage work in alignment with budgeted labour hours
Coordinate with the project team for timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
Assess tradespeople’s capabilities and identify training needs
Maintain attendance records and manage leave requests for the assigned site
Act as the communication link between the office and site, ensuring the team is informed of any changes or technical updates
Attend progress meetings, manage the project team, coordinate labor distribution, and assist with estimating and variation requests as required

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
License A/B in Electrical Installation (preferred but not mandatory)
