What's expected of you?

Support the Assistant Manager and project team with administrative and project tasks, including planning, executing, and monitoring all phases of project activities
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Central Link CRM to reflect project status and progress
Coordinate project phases by identifying deliverables, establishing KPIs, and aligning objectives with company goals to streamline implementation
Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and issues, and tracking lessons learned to drive improvement in future projects
Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including status, risk, and issue logs, to support oversight and accountability
Facilitate project meetings and workshops, regularly updating stakeholders on scope and status
Assist in project reviews to communicate key achievements and shared insights post-implementation

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum qualification at MQF Level 5
Previous experience in project management and solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
Familiarity with project management software
Strong communication skills and an ability to work well with others
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Proficient in English, with excellent clarity in written and verbal communication
