Process Leader

You will play a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and motivating a dynamic multi-skilled team to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. Interested? What is expected of you?

• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide individual team members with personalized developmental plans for their growth and success
• Take charge of driving the attainment of shift KPIs by promptly investigating and reporting any issues to the management team
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and uphold the highest quality and safety standards
• Showcase expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical product and plant issues that may arise, and liaise with the Maintenance team
• Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, utilizing SS methodology, Kaizen events, and other improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency
• Promote a culture of open communication and frequent briefings between employees and management, ensuring the team is well-informed and empowered to maximize their efficiency throughout the shift
• Perform any another duties as might be required from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

• Possess a Leadership/Management Diploma (MQF Level 5); candidates with technical qualifications and/or Wireman Licence A and B will be given favourable consideration
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leading position within the manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate working knowledge of quality systems and processes
• Be a self-motivated individual with strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and team facilitation skills, as well as a knack for creative problem-solving
• Possess excellent communication skills in English
• Have a good analytical acumen and the ability to respond proactively to results
