Process Coordinator

What's expected of you?

• Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and maintain efficiency and timeliness
• Uphold adherence to established procedures, quality standards, and others regulations such as Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety guidelines
• Participate in QMS internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed
• Supervise activities on the Automation Platform
• Effectively communicating tasks and responsibilities to machine operators
• Collaborate with other departments when necessary
• Accurate completion of all documentation requirements
• Plan and conduct equipment and workspace cleaning as needed, following departmental cleaning schedules
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for the collection of spent materials and waste
• Manage raw materials and keeping stock records up-to-date
• Assisting in the training and development of machine operators

What are you expected to bring?

• Proficiency in English, both in reading and writing
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts when necessary
• IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Adaptability and a quick learning aptitude for new equipment and automation systems
• Enthusiasm in participate in a training program for achieving an MQF Level 4 certification, as well as any additional courses recommended by the company
