What is expected of you?

Conduct land surveying services throughout all project phases, including site evaluations and necessary preparations.

Prepare surveyed plans, sections, and elevations using proper templates and procedures.

Coordinate and manage site survey assistance while ensuring required permits and site preparations are in place.
Collaborate with architects to fully understand and execute the survey scope, following up until completion.

Work closely with Quantity Surveyors, Draughtspersons, Project Managers, and Architects as needed.

Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, Contractors, and R&D teams for accurate labeling and documentation.

Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and used for valid and precise surveys.

Issue accurate surveys, ensuring they align with universal levels and orientations, and translate them into AutoCAD.

Attend site meetings, training programs, and courses as required by management while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.

Perform standard calculations, document surveys through photographic reports, and adhere to all relevant procedures and regulations.
What are you expected to bring?

Must possess good character, foster a positive team atmosphere, and be willing to work overtime as required.

Expected to assist the Design Team by preparing Land Surveys, work independently with minimal supervision, and take initiative to support the team.

Must be proficient in AutoCAD, have a clean police conduct certificate (issued within the last six months), and hold a valid Category B driving license with access to their own vehicle.

Must have at least two years of proven experience in Land Surveying.
