Content and Communications Coordinator

What is expected of you?

• Write content for various public campaigns as well as internal content including stories and interviews
• Creating social media posts, tailored to different channels, monitor digital news and print media coverage
• Work with various content types including video and podcasts
• Upload website content and ensure it is optimised for SEO
• Provide support in creation of content material for events or workshops
• Work with internal stakeholders to prepare interim and annual reports
• Assist PR and Communications Department in coordination and management of organisation’s participation in national and international events
• Liaise with various departments and vendors to coordinate campaigns
• Any ad hoc tasks instructed by PR and Communications Manager

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of MQF level 6 education
• 1-2 years experience in journalism, marketing, or PR
• Excellent command of English, Maltese will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Wordpress, Mailchimp and Canva will be considered an asset
• Ability to organise, multi-task and meet deadlines
