What's expected of you?

Set targets and mechanisms for maintenance supervisors to provide necessary input for the Business Plan
Balance team resources, ensure smooth handovers, and foster collaboration within maintenance teams
Optimize asset utilization using TPM/lean manufacturing tools for efficiency in personnel, systems, processes, and energy
Develop and maintain key engineering and maintenance skills while identifying training needs and career growth opportunities
Control the departmental budget and manage projects, including new equipment, process improvements, and implementation of new systems
Ensure compliance with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, PPE regulations, and lifting device safety while aligning with the organization’s OpEx strategy

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or a mathematical discipline
Strong project management skills with experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG or security printing
Proficiency in ACAD is advantageous
Proven leadership and people management abilities
Background in lean manufacturing with eligibility for or possession of an engineering warrant
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
