What is expected of you?

  • Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organisation systems for records, reports, documents, etc
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers, as well as record rates and contracts
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using various softwares
  • Manage the schedules and calendars of the General Manager
  • Assist with the organisation of internal and external events
  • Operate office equipment and manage office space effectively
  • Other ad hoc tasks required by the General Manager 


What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in Opera, Protel, Fidelio will be considered an asset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
