Payroll Specialist

Do you have a proven track record in Payroll?  Are your communication skills top-notch? We are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist, for one of our clients, a Global accounting and advisory company’s. If this describes you, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

• Manage a team of payroll administrators’
• Process and oversee payroll operations
• Address all client enquiries and correspondence
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of the employees
• Ensure that the client’s records and information are up to date and compliant with employment laws
• Maintain client trust in line with GDPR

What are you expected to bring?

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
• HR related credentials will be valued as an asset
• Understand and familiar with the Maltese employment law
• Experience working with payroll-related software and HR systems such as Shireburn Indigo, Salaroo or similar
• Excellent communication in English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and sustain a positive relationship with the clients
• Ability to lead a team and provide necessary support for team members when needed
• Well-organized and skilful in time-management
