What's expected of you?

Calculate and verify salaries, benefits, and deductions per company policies and legal requirements
Ensure accurate data entry for payroll, including employee details and attendance
Address employee payroll inquiries promptly
Generate payroll and tax reports
Assist with payroll tax calculations and compliance
Audit payroll data regularly to correct discrepancies
Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Maintain relationships with payroll providers and vendors
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll matters
Stay informed on payroll regulations and tax laws

What are you expected to bring?

At least 1 year of experience in payroll systems
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Excel and other IT software
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
