Payroll and Accounts Executive

Do you have experience in Payroll? Are you keen to join a leading international organisation where training and development are offered?. Ceek is currently looking to recruit a Payroll and Accounts Executive to join a growing corporate services provider.

 

What’s expected of you?

  • Effectively coordinate and perform the payroll function for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all standard guidelines are documented
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records on employee employment and payroll information
  • Ensure payroll and other required reporting is processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Compiling and analysing statistical reports required by senior management and external entities
  • Keep updated in relation to any changes in employment legislation and suggest measures to address any gaps with regards to current practices
  • Posting of invoices and reconciliation of accounts and assisting in other accounting duties 

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of two years previous local experience in a similar environment
  • Previous experience of payroll software
  • A sound understanding of employment and related legislation
  • Highly analytical and organised
  • Able work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
