Payments & Office Administrator

What is expected of you?

  • Prepare payment instructions, documentation and obtain signatory approval for client payments

  • Obtain supporting documentation for incoming and outgoing funds for clients

  • Work hand in hand with the Account Assistant in notifying the inflowing and outflowing funds

  • Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing funds

  • Check the reconciliation and preparation of invoices to suppliers for clients on a monthly basis

  • Maintain client records of financial transactions, files bank statements, and all other records

  • Assist in managing and processing quarterly billings

  • Liaise with clients to obtain supporting documentation and necessary approvals as well as provide information to clients as and when requested

  • Liaise with banks regarding payments and receipts and resolve bank queries

  • Excellent proficiency in Excel

  • Good administrative and financial skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Have an eye for detail and be well-organised

  • Be client service orientated
