What is expected of you?
Prepare payment instructions, documentation and obtain signatory approval for client payments
Obtain supporting documentation for incoming and outgoing funds for clients
Work hand in hand with the Account Assistant in notifying the inflowing and outflowing funds
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing funds
Check the reconciliation and preparation of invoices to suppliers for clients on a monthly basis
Maintain client records of financial transactions, files bank statements, and all other records
Assist in managing and processing quarterly billings
Liaise with clients to obtain supporting documentation and necessary approvals as well as provide information to clients as and when requested
Liaise with banks regarding payments and receipts and resolve bank queries
What are you expected to bring?
Excellent proficiency in Excel
Good administrative and financial skills
Excellent communication skills
Have an eye for detail and be well-organised
Be client service orientated
