We are seeking a motivated individual to join a leading company in Malta as an Operator (PET Plant). In this role, you'll manage and maintain plant machinery, ensuring operations meet high-quality and efficiency standards. What's expected of you?

Operate machinery and manage processes within the PET section, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Complete relevant forms as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of machinery and plant according to the SOP
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and support technical maintenance tasks, including periodic machinery overhauls
Conduct product quality tests as outlined in SOP guidelines, ensuring operational standards are met

What are you expected to bring?

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in reading and writing both English and Maltese
O-Level certification
Computer literacy with an ECDL certification
Knowledge in the mechanical and/or electrical field
Flexibility to learn new machinery as required by the company
Willingness to work on a roster basis, including night shifts
