What's expected of you?

● Perform market research on maintenance products and conduct competitor benchmarking

● Create and prepare product proposals

● Assist with registering and administering service agreements

● Facilitate initiatives that enhance the customer offering whilst achieving operational efficiencies

● Address issues raised by the company’s European market

● Issue invoices and process sales requests

● Provide daily assistance to the Head of Operations and the Operations Team

What are you expected to bring?

● A degree or equivalent in business, information technology, engineering, or mathematics

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal

● Possess a problem-solving mindset

● Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing circumstances

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and generating forms using Adobe

● Programming / IT knowledge will be considered a strong asset.
