What's expected of you?

Manage the warehouse efficiently, aligning with company values and vision
Oversee incoming goods, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance
Ensure efficient space and resource utilization, and maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
Create, implement and enforce operational policies and procedures
Comply with warehousing, handling, and shipping laws
Manage stock control and reconcile with data systems
Investigate stock discrepancies and report to the CFOO
Coordinate with clients and transportation companies, and optimize route planning
Plan schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance
Recruit, coach, and motivate employees
Produce regular reports and statistics and monitor service quality through feedback
Utilize security systems and maintenance
Ensure best practices in operations
Ensure that productivity targets are achieved and that all logistics and warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of 3 years' experience as an <operations Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Energetic and enthusiastic leader, capable of motivating the team and foster a positive work environment
Hands-on experience, quick problem-solving abilities and practical approach to daily challenges
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
