Would you love to manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing portfolio of properties and ensure a customer-centric approach? We are seeking to recruit an Operations Executive, for one of our clients, a fast-growing hospitality start-up. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Manage the housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • Create, implement, and evaluate a preventative maintenance program to ensure that the properties are in outstanding shape
  • Put quality management principles into practice to maintain consistency
  • Develop and implement business policies and take part in goal setting
  • Keep track of running costs and report operating budgets
  • Ensure that all quality marks and standard requirements are met
  • Uphold effective, ongoing connections with suppliers and partners in real estate

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum of three years of experience in an hospitality operations role
  • Experience in rostering of staff on a larger scale
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, manage, and prioritize activities
  • Highly organized, proactive individual with a collaborative working style
  • Good knowledge of or a strong track record working in hospitality 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, practical with a commercial mindset
  • Driving license
