What's expected of you?

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Address and resolve customer support tickets efficiently to maintain high satisfaction
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer experience
  • Plan and coordinate smart device installations, ensuring seamless deployment
  • Collaborate with field teams for successful implementation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and update customer accounts to optimize platform usage
  • Identify and generate new leads while following up on sales inquiries
  • Work closely with the sales team to explore growth opportunities
  • Assist in preparing proposals and managing sales documentation

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Prior experience in customer support, technical coordination, or operations within a tech or IoT environment is preferred
  • Sales and business development experience is highly desirable
  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience troubleshooting and recommending improvements for clients
  • Proficiency in English and basic Maltese
  • Valid Maltese driving license
