What's expected of you?

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Address and resolve customer support tickets efficiently to maintain high satisfaction
Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer experience
Plan and coordinate smart device installations, ensuring seamless deployment
Collaborate with field teams for successful implementation and troubleshooting
Maintain and update customer accounts to optimize platform usage
Identify and generate new leads while following up on sales inquiries
Work closely with the sales team to explore growth opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals and managing sales documentation

What are you expected to bring?

Prior experience in customer support, technical coordination, or operations within a tech or IoT environment is preferred
Sales and business development experience is highly desirable
Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience troubleshooting and recommending improvements for clients
Proficiency in English and basic Maltese
Valid Maltese driving license
