Office Receptionist/Admin Assistant

What is expected of you?

  • Greet, welcome, guide visitors accordingly and inform company officials of their arrival
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls, resolve the request, and/or distribute the call to the relevant representative
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments consisting of meetings, transport logistics, office scheduled servicing, and reminders to carry out tasks
  • Execute office stationery, and supplies orders, ensure they are delivered fully and on time
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Provide assistance to the various administrative departments with data management, mail sorting, correspondence, online orders, employee onboarding logistics, reporting etc
  • Other duties that may be assigned on a day-to-day basis


What are you expected to bring?

  • Outstanding spoken English whilst able to maintain a polite, friendly, and confident manner on the phone and in-person
  • Experience and excellent knowledge of all Microsoft applications
  • Impeccable presentation, and communication skills
  • Possess exceptional telephone skills as well as an outgoing personality
  • Minimum O-Level standard of education
