Office and Facilities Manager

Are you IT-Savy with excellent communication and organisational skills?  We are seeking to recruit an Office and Facilities Manager, for one of our clients, a leader in the iGaming industry. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Improve departmental policies and procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including but not limited to front office, event logistics, cleaning, and facilities management
  • Maintain and upkeep office equipment and furniture while purchasing and maintaining stock levels of general office supplies
  • Oversee the office's health and safety procedures and see to it that they are regularly updated to meet the most recent standards
  • Assist, allocate and supervise the administration team, which includes the front desk, housekeeping, and courier services
  • Keep the office tidy and in good condition, and serve as the initial point of contact for facilities management
  • Arrange for suitable meeting space while organizing internal and external events

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree in business administration or a closely related discipline is an asset
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable function is necessary
  • Professional written and verbal Maltese and English levels is required
  • IT-savvy
  • Shown organizational and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent time management
