Are you a meticulous and organised individual? We are looking for an Office & Committee Administrator to step into the offices of one of our clients, Malta's premier management services company. You will be the key in providing the essential administrative support by orchestrating seamless meetings, crafting documents, and nurturing relationships. Ready for this new challenge? What is expected of you?

  • Ensure meeting participants receive briefings ahead of time
  • Collaborate with attendees to collect and distribute all essential information
  • Develop reports and briefs, to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively participate in meetings, capturing details with precision 
  • Arrange meeting minutes 
  • Record precise meeting start and end times
  • Maintain data accuracy 
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality 
  • Share meeting minutes with stakeholders and participants
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions final meeting minutes
  • Organize a structured system for storing meeting minutes 
  • Provide support for administrative tasks as required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Maltese
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Knowledge of standard meeting procedures and terminology
  • Be detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy 
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
