What is expected of you?

  • Provide valuable administrative support to sales department
  • Collaborate in the creation of correspondence, invoices, emails, reports, and various documents
  • Maintain and arrange office documents, files, and confidential records
  • Handle inquiries promptly, recording call data, and reporting outcomes to superiors
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and pursuing sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and related administrative tasks
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Other day-to-day office administration 


What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Ability to meticulously manage tasks, documents, and information 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be IT literate and familiar with MS Office
