What is expected of you?

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems 
  • Review a range of documents
  • Oversight of petty cash and processing of invoices and quotations
  • Perform any other duties needed to ensure the smooth running of the office operations


What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum A level education
  • Prior experience in a similar position
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an asset
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and customer service aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English
