Office Administrator

Are you a well organised and pragmatic person ready to work in a fast-paced environment? We at Ceek are looking for an Office Manager to provide high-level of support to the Management of the company.  


What is expected of you?

  • Manage calendars, including any travel arrangements and handle correspondence and telephone calls
  • Provide support in the organization of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Provide support in the preparation of analysis, reports, budgets and liaise with all departments and visiting suppliers
  • Carry out other administrative tasks such as formatting documents, managing databases and creating spreadsheets and project work as required
  • Take minutes during meetings, produce meeting reports, prepare presentations to support the management
  • Track progress of the resulted action plans with all stakeholders
  • Any ad hoc tasks as requested by Management


What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Maltese would be considered an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
  • Organised and entrepreneurial mindset
