Office Administrator

What is expected of you?

  • Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments.
  • Assist with travel logistics including booking of flights, accommodation and taxis
  • Assist in preparation of routine and ad hoc reports
  • Assist with HR and payroll report
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best deals when procuring products/services
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Carry out all other administration duties as and when requested by the General Manager


What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
