We are seeking to recruit an account administrator, for one of our family-oriented client. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Preparation of draft proposal of fees and agreements

  • Issue invoices and monthly bills

  • Creation and analyze of weekly reports through the company’s internal system

  • Creation of administrative reports

  • Gather the due diligence documentation related queries

  • Create and follow up on the monthly meetings between the Head of Department and all the department’s staff members

  • Assist the accounts department managers in other administrative activities

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and collaborate with co-workers

  • Good numerical skills and analytical skills
