What's expected of you?

  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including maintaining records of all sales, installations, and related activities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, make necessary adjustments, and follow up to ensure they receive optimal value from products or services
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and proper distribution of uniforms and safety equipment to all personnel
  • Establish effective channels for customers to provide feedback or report issues, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Issue invoices and receipts for completed work and apply for eligible customer grants through REWS
  • Organise and participate in training programs and educational workshops to keep teams updated on industry developments and enhance their skills
  • Conduct surveys to gather customer opinions and continuously improve products and services
  • Handle additional administrative duties as they arise

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a construction or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
