Office Administrator

What's expected of you?

  • Organize and manage legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents with courts and agencies
  • Monitor court dates and deadlines
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with inquiries and requests
  • Manage email and calendars, including scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Oversee supplies and equipment, and organize maintenance coordination
  • Provide support with invoicing and payment processes
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
  • Collect information for, and ensure the maintenance of precise compliance records and reports

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum A-Level standard of education
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Manage confidential information
  • Prioritise tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Meticulous whilst being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
