What is expected of you?

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Update and maintain records, databases, and filing systems
  • Review various documents
  • Supervise petty cash and handle the processing of invoices and quotations
  • Undertake any additional duties required to ensure the efficient functioning of office operations

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum A level education
  • Prior experience in a similar position
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and customer service aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Maltese is a plus
