What's expected of you?

Manage the entire motor claims process, from initial notification to final settlement, coordinating with insurers and customers
Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the claims process
Monitor claims progress with insurers and keep customers informed of updates
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports on outstanding claims to the Claims Manager and/or Managing Director
Report directly to the Claims Manager

What are you expected to bring?

In possession of an A Level standard of education
A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role within an insurance claims sector
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Tools
