What is expected of you?

• Ensure compliance with all AML/CFT regulations and maintain an in-depth knowledge of current legislations
• Propose recommendations to the Company for system and procedural enhancements related to AML/CFT
• Offering guidance to the Company and its employees on all technical issues pertaining to compliance with AML/CFT obligations
• Assess, update, maintain, and guarantee the implementation of AML/CFT policy manuals, including the Business Risk Assessment (BRA) and the Customer Risk Assessment (CRA)
• Take responsibility for Regulatory Reporting in relation to AML/CFT, entering the submission of the Risk Evaluation Questionnaire (REQ)
• Manage software and tools related to AML/CFT
• Report to the Board of Directors and provide regular updates on AML/CFT matters
• Serving as the point of contact and liaising with the regulating authority on all matters related to AML/CFT
• Collect internal reports and filing of STRs, SARs, TFRs, and PEPRs to the FIAU.
• Coordinate and oversee training programs for the other members of staff  focused on AML/CFT

What are you expected to bring?

• Relevant field qualifications
• Previous experience in a comparable position
• Comprehensive understanding of the TCSP industry
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
