What is expected of you?

Plan, delegate, and coordinate work for team members and technicians based on their skills and project needs
Attend meetings with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and specifications
Monitor and control project budgets, overall work quality, and adherence to specifications
Prepare and manage quotations for small jobs, preventive maintenance, and spare parts; solicit quotes from suppliers
Liaise with the Chief Maintenance Officer regarding financial margins and company policies
Supervise and support technicians, ensuring successful project execution, technical support, and continuous learning
Motivate the team to foster engagement and high performance.
Plan and coordinate the delivery and authorization of materials and tools on-site
Manage the preventive maintenance schedule, including coordinating with clients, scheduling dates, and keeping records
Compile and manage a detailed list of required materials, including part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and prices
Certify systems and attend handover sessions

What are you expected to bring?

Be in possession of Electrical Licence A and Licence B
Previous experience in a similar role, managing a team
Previous experience in troubleshooting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and planning skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to promote a collaborative work environment
