What's expected of you?

  • Digital Strategy Execution: Roll out digital marketing strategies that support business goals, employer branding, and lead generation
  • Social Media Management: Own and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to attract job seekers and employers alike
  • Email Marketing: Create segmented and automated email campaigns to nurture candidates, clients, and leads
  • Content Coordination: Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging distribution across all platforms
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor recruitment marketing campaigns to promote vacancies, career tips, success stories, and agency news
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as CTR, conversions, engagement, and reach via Google Analytics, Meta insights, and platform dashboards
  • Budget Awareness: Work within set budgets, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI on digital campaigns
  • Copy & Visual Review: Ensure all content aligns with our tone of voice and brand, providing feedback and final approval where needed
  • Marketing Operations: Experience setting up CRMs, newsletter lists, and other marketing infrastructure from the ground up
  • Project Management: Comfortable juggling timelines, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders across different projects

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, supported by a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • A comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and how to leverage them effectively across different campaigns
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating both initiative and adaptability
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a clear understanding of candidate and client journeys in the recruitment industry
  • A strong eye for content quality, with the capability to identify compelling messaging and refine it to align with brand objectives
  • Navigate between strategic planning, hands-on execution, and performance optimization
  • Driving impact within a people-focused business, contributing to both brand growth and business development
