Marketing Executive

Are you qualified to degree level in marketing or a related field? Do you have experience in managing a marketing calendar and creating engaging campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Executive for a group of established companies here in Malta. This group is involved in retail, logistics, hospitality, building materials and food services. What is expected of you?

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
• Create content for a variety of channels to generate interest and engagement for the brand
• Develop and upkeep the marketing campaign calendar
• Design campaigns in collaboration with the sales team to maximize return
• Keep stakeholders updated with progress
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing efforts and propose solutions
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Develop sales strategies that match customer requirements by promoting products, services
• Ad hoc duties related to the role

What are you expected to bring?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related qualification
• Two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Be a creative, analytical thinker with experience in digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Social Media Management and Microsoft Office
• Creative, dynamic, and initiative-taking individual
• Able to multi-task with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A team-player with the ability to work independently as well
