Management Accountant

What is expected of you?

• Handle the day-to-day accounting duties and assist the Hotel Management Team and CFO
• Active role in the bookkeeping of monthly transactions
• Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information
• Assist in, and ensure the accurate compiling of monthly management accounts
• Schedule and prepare weekly payments
• Assist in the preparation of VAT Returns
• Perform ad hoc reports when necessary
• Perform stock takes when necessary
• Ensure a precise and timely year-end audit
• Coordinate with the Hotel Management Team

What are you expected to bring?

• Partly qualified in ACCA
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a hospitality business
• Be attentive to detail
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, previous experience of Navision would be considered an asset
