What's expected of you?

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including performance comparison against budgets and forecasts, cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to create detailed budgets and regular forecasts.
Provide variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, explaining significant differences and updating financial models accordingly.
Support strategic planning and long-term financial planning by offering insights, financial analysis, and risk management assessments.
Develop financial models to evaluate the viability of new projects, investments, and business opportunities.
Monitor production costs, operating expenses, and overheads, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Implement and oversee cost control processes and procedures across the organization.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls, developing and enforcing accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in audit preparation, ensuring timely compliance with audit requirements.
Identify and implement enhancements to financial systems and processes for increased efficiency, including leading or participating in the implementation of new financial tools.
Train staff on financial systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

What are you expected to bring?

Party qualified or fully qualified Accountant
Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Proficient in accounting software with advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
